Characteristics:
The grapes were harvested in their best moment of maturation, with the necessary acidity to obtain the perfect balance among alcoholic degree, glycerine and total wine acidity. They were subject to a low pressure taking all the flavour of the juice. The fermentation was carried out in September, with a constant temperature of 15°C. making the coupage and bottling during the winter. The second fermentation, in the bottle, took part for a month and a half in our cellars, with a constant temperature of 16°C. Later, the bottles rested in horizontal position for at least two years.

Brut - Dones's, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
From the understanding of Pinot Noir variety features the wine basis for this Ros? Cava is elaborated. The grape collection was at the end of August after specific controls regarding the maturation, the acidity and the colour of the different grapes variety, that haven been macerated together for a period of approximately eight hours until the intended colour was obtained. The grape juice, followed by 48 hours static d?bourbage, was decanted in a stainless steel tank in order that the fermentation would take place at a temperature of 14-15°C. for 10 days and hence be able to preserve each variety own bouquet. The maturing inside the bottle lasts to maximum 18 months.

Brut Gradiva - Cava, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
After a strict and delicate selection of the best grapes from our vineyards, we harvested the grapes to this new and exclusive coupage. The harvest was made in the early morning and it was transported immediately to the pneumatic press . The pressure applied on the grapes was lowest and we obtained the most select and fine must. The fermentation was slow, with an unchanging temperature of 15°C during 35 days. Later we made the bottling adding the dosage to obtain the second fermentation. After the maturing in our cellars and bottle's disgorged, we show you this selected cava, which limited production.

Brut Nature - Cava, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
The grapes were harvested in their best moment of maturation, with the necessary acidity to obtain the perfect balance among alcoholic degree, glycerine and total wine acidity. They were subject to a minimal pressure of 0,2 kilo in order to obtain half a liter of wine from each kilogram of grapes. The fermentation was carried out in September, with a constant temperature of 15°C. making the coupage and bottling during the months of March and April.

Belladura, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Colour red ruby. Intense aromas of fresh redcurrants, dry fruit (plum) and aromatic herbs. The vintage was carried out to end of September. The time of maceration of the grapes has been of 20 days. The temperature of fermentation stayed to 26°C. Minimum wood aging of 12 months in French and American barrels. Raventós Rosell presents you this select wine whose hind rest in bottle will enhance the qualities and particularities of this variety.

Chardonnay, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Sheltered by the Montserrat mountains the Chardonnay variety vines of our Alba Vineyard are the source of this clear, cool and sophisticated wine. It is a full-bodied wine with a bouquet that evokes exotic fruits and lingers on the palate which heightens the qualities of this excellent wine truly 100% Chardonnay. The fermentation is carried out like the elaboration of the white wine, at 15°C. for a period of 20 days. Afterwards, when the bottle is resting, its peculiar and different characteristics are heightened.

Chenin, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Yellow greenish pale colour. Variety of velvet texture, glyceric, of rich aromas and at the same time, fresh, with grape flavour, peach, apricot and filbert. The vintage was effected on the first week of September. The temperature of fermentation was from 15°C during three weeks. The later rest in bottle will enhance the qualities of this intense wine, of aromas and of refreshing acidity.

Merlot, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Its cherry red colour, good body and bouquet reminds us the fruity tastes of mainly raspberry and blackberry, achieved by fermenting the grapes over14 days. This is followed by a 6 month ageing in new oak barrels. Raventós Rosell presents this select, well constituted, velvety and deliciously matured wine.

Merlot Rosat, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Rosé wine with very intense flavour. Fruity, fresh and with a good acid balance. The classification given to this wine is due to the fact that it was harvested at maximum ripeness, allowing full extraction of the best taste and colour qualities of this variety. The crushing time taken is 12 hours. Joan Raventós Rosell presents this select rosé wine with its exceptional silky, round, fine and fleshy qualities.

Characteristics:
Result of the most strict selection and blend of the different varieties produced in the Heretat Vall-Ventós estate, (Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon), is born a young and fruity Rosé. After resting in our cellar during the winter season, this wine is bottled for you early in the spring, reaching and improving in the bottle its most gustative and sensitive qualities.

Pinot Noir, Raventos y Rosell


Characteristics:
Following with the tradition of the "Heretat Vall-Ventós" estate, searching new varieties, besides the traditional autochthonous ones, to keep or improve our qualities, we are proud to present this wine Pinot Noir 100%, of a limited production, elaborated with the Blanc de Noirs viniication skilfulness. The slight rose tonality is due to the natural must's colour, obtained by the light maceration of red grapes when pressing. The fermen-tation is carried out like the elaboration of the white wine, at 15°C. for a period of 30 days. Afterwards, when the bottle is resting, its peculiar and different characteristics are heightened.
